JOHN NATHAN BERG was born on September 13, 1959 in Tampa, Florida. He married the former Barbara Westfall on June 9, 1979 in Brandon, Florida. They have three children: John Jr. (b. August 20, 1982), Bonnie Laura (b. February 8, 1984), and Jordan Ann (b. November 3, 1992).
John is a turbine engineer in charge of maintenance for several power plants operated by Cogentrix Inc. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

LAURA LOUISE BERG was born on January 7, 1962 in Tampa, Florida..She graduated from Brandon High School in 1980. She attended Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia for a year, then moved to Nashville, Tennessee where she took a job with an advertising agency while attending computer school at night. She died prematurely on January 9, 1982 in an automobile accident while driving with two other girls to Athens, Georgia to watch their boyfriends play basketball. The car she was driving was hit head on by a drunk driver. All three girls were killed while the other driver walked away with only scratches.

LARRY CHRISTOPHER BERG - Larry was born on December 6, 1973 in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Bloomingdale High School and is now a Deputy Sheriff in Hillsborough County. He and Tara Allison Rumore were married on November 25, 2000. They reside in Brandon, Florida. Their daughter Trinity was born October 31, 2001.
TIMOTHY ALLEN BERG - Tim was born on October 26, 1978 in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Brandon High School and is now a trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol. His son Cameron was born on December 12, 2001.

JOHN NATHAN BERG, JR. - John was born on August 20 1982 in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Manchester High School in Chesterfield, Virginia and is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute.
BONNIE LAURA BERG - Bonnie was born on February 8, 1984 in Brandon, Florida. She graduated from Manchester High School in Chesterfield, Virginia. She is married to James Ray Cottrell, Jr. They have a son, Parker Ray Cottrell, born September 24, 2005 in Farmville, Virginia.
