ROCKY HOLLOW
Here's my latest project - cleaning up a piece of land in Union County, Georgia.  We bought this 14 acre parcel in August, 2001.  It required a little vision, but it's coming along pretty well.  It's located off Stephens Road, just west of Trackrock Gap Road - about a five minute drive from our home.  The previous owner had cleared about four acres and dug a pond, but most of the property was still dense woods.  There's a creek running through it for about 1,000 feet which feeds the pond.  Though fairly level, the ground was strewn with millions of rocks.  My first effort was to remove the rocks so it would be practical to plant grass and mow it.  Hence the name "Rock Hollow."  The pictures below show it as it looked on May 21, 2002.
